To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Greenstitch wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please email us within two weeks of receiving your order. Please understand that if Greenstich is contacted after this time we will only be able to issue an exchange. Exchanges must be requested within one month of order date. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges requested after the date cut off.

When contacted, we will send a return label (prepaid) and ask you to send the item back to us within two weeks of receiving the return label. If the item is not received back within two weeks, the request will be voided. Because our business is small, please understand that we can only issue one return label per order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
